| July, 1986 | Established as the joint-venture of Mitsui & CO., LTD., Mitsui Petrochemical Industries Ltd.(currently Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.), and Nakatani Group, with a capital of 495 million yen. |

| November, 1993 | Completed mastering plant. and started stamper manufacturing. |

| December, 1994 | Started MD-MO production, entrusted by XEUS, INC. |
| October, 1996 | Raised monthly CD production capacity to 4,500,000 discs. |
| June, 1999 | Ended MD-MO production due to the plant completion and relocation of XEUS, INC. |
| December, 2000 | Increased capital to 782 million yen, invested by SOFTBANK Corp. etc. |
| May, 2001 | Expanded both domestic and overseas stamper business |
| November, 2001 | Relocated Tokyo branch for extension of business. |
| February, 2003 | Raised monthly CD production capacity to 5,100,000 discs. |
| April, 2004 | Started DVD manufacturing - monthly production capacity of 300,000 discs. |
| April, 2005 | Started DVD-stamper manufacturing. |
| May, 2005 | Raised monthly DVD production capacity to 600,000 discs. |
| February, 2006 | Raised monthly DVD production capacity to 1,100,000 discs. |
| October, 2006 | Raised monthly DVD production capacity to 1,500,000 discs. |
| October, 2006 | Listed on the "Centrex" market of Nagoya Stock Exchange. |
