Silk screen printing

Films : positive, emulsion up
Line Screen : 85 maximum

We need the films for each colors
  • Indicate the DIC number on each films.
  • Put in regular DISC Logo.
  • Set trim marks, which are necessary for assembling films. (See right figure.)

Offset Printing

Films : negative, emulsion down.

      M(Magenta)film
      BL(Black)film
      Y(Yellow)film
      C(Cyan)film
When printed with white mat, positive-emulsion-up film for white mat is needed. Its size has to be 0.5 mm smaller than each printing area.
Printing area 23-116mm : 23.5mm - 115.5mm
Printing area 46-116mm : 46.5mm - 115.5mm
8cm CDs : Outer diameter 75.5mm

Line Screen : 175 maximum
  • Put in regular DISC Logo.
  • Color image sample is needed.
  • Set trim marks, which are necessary for assembling films. (See the figure above.)
